  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout, when available.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted delivery services.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and may vary based on destination and carrier.

Typical estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

NovaCore Peptide is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather delays
  • Stolen packages marked delivered
  • Incorrect delivery by carrier

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist where possible.

8. Discreet Packaging

Orders may be shipped in plain packaging for privacy and discretion.

9. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
