NovaCore Peptide Return & Refund Policy

At NovaCore Peptide, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and excellent customer service. Please review our policy below.

1. All Sales Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research products, peptides and research compounds are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Clear photos of the package and product
Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Replacement product
Store credit
Refund (if approved)

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Shipping Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
